Fearless women in the Bible - Hannah | Ruth | Esther

A fearless woman is strong when it comes to facing hard situations. They are confident in who they are and what they believe in. Here are the few important women in the Bible who inspire, not only because of how they lived but also because of their rock-solid faith, even in some of the toughest of circumstances. We can learn a great deal from their stories:

Hannah: Hannah is one of the most inspiring women and we recognize her for her sorrow in the Bible. She wanted a child so badly but was barren. She went through the bitter experiences, wept much and prayed to God (1:10) and made a vow (1:11) She believed with a strong faith that God would hear her prayer (1:18) which she was received (1:20) and she has fulfilled her promise by leaving her son at the Temple to serve and grow there.(1:28).

Her son later grew up to be one of the most influential and Godly figures in the Bible. One of the most inspiring things about Hannah is the fact that she never gave up hope that God would hear her prayer and her fervent prayer and vow teaches us that consistent faithfulness and persistent prayer get God's attention. She believed God for a son and He multiplied her faith by giving her many children.

Ruth the Moabite: Ruth’s story captivates and significantly challenges many. She’s a widow from an enemy nation with no prospects. Yet, God moves so mightily in her story and uses it to encourage millions. She lost her husband without a child (1:5). The pain Ruth must have been in was immense but she didn’t allow her past to hold her back. She had the faith to believe that God would provide for her and Naomi (1:16). . She was Responsible (1:17), her bravery and obedience led her to take care of her mother-in-law (2:17-18) and she was also rewarded as a Noble Character (3:11) through which God blessed her accordingly (4:13).

Ruth was able to overcome her past by giving her life over to the living God. By her faith, obedience and turning from her idolatrous way of life she was able to be used mightily for the Lord as the great grandmother of King David.

Queen Esther (Hadassah) : Queen Esther is a remarkable woman who was willing to risk her life to save her people. She was a woman of principle who was willing to put the lives of others ahead of even her own life. She was an outstanding example of serving others even under the most stressful circumstances.  Esther who is also known as Hadassah, was lovely in the form and features who was an orphan (2:7).  She was obedient, wise enough to seek advice and Follow it(2:10,15) she had boldness and Strong faith which was courage in action and despite of realistic fear (4:16, 7:3) Though she was a Queen of Persia, She was filled with Humility and taken care of her people (7:3-4).  Esther modeled bravery and courage and she teaches us that we must break intimidation and use our influence to bring glory to God.

During this pandemic we see many people suffering & going through many circumstances like Health issues, Family issues, financial issues, taking care of the sick and looking on the essentials needs of the Family and many more. Sometimes we get lost with our self and forget to stay strong, believe with faith and Pray unto God.

We see these three inspiring women have come from different problems & different circumstances which seems to be difficult to live in but they have prayed to God, Believed in him and Received more than expected.

Let’s examine what we are doing today. We encourage every woman to stay strong to lead lives depending on God and Praying to him & Staying on the Faith which is never shaken and Stay Blessed. !
