  • Journal: Write down your thoughts and prayers in response to the reflection questions.
  • Pray: Begin and end your study time with prayer, asking God to speak to you through His Word.
  • Apply: Consider how you can live out the lessons learned in your daily life.
"Lent is a sacred season of transformation, calling us to REPENT as we turn away from sin and return to God (Joel 2:12-13), to REFLECT as we examine our hearts and lives (Lamentations 3:40), and to RENEW as we prepare for the joy of Easter and the new life found in Christ (Romans 5:8, 1 Peter 1:3)."

Let's these 3R's transform our lives and help us to apply in our daily lives;
May God Bless !!
